Dealer Tiers and Discounts
Vietnam Office applies four Dealer tiers: Registered, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Dealer Tier is determined based on eligible paid quarterly revenue and applicable program conditions.
- Registered — Quarterly revenue below VND 100,000,000 — 20% discount.
- Silver — Quarterly revenue from VND 100,000,000 to below VND 300,000,000 — 25% discount.
- Gold — Quarterly revenue from VND 300,000,000 to below VND 1,000,000,000 — 30% discount.
- Platinum — Quarterly revenue of VND 1,000,000,000 or more — 35% discount.
A newly approved and activated Dealer starts by default at Registered – 20%, unless otherwise approved commercially.
Tier review is performed periodically based on eligible paid/collected revenue, not quotations, unpaid Orders, or projected revenue.
The applicable Discount is based on the Dealer Tier effective at the time of the transaction unless otherwise provided by a program or Commercial Approval.
Dealer Tier does not create a credit facility. All tiers remain PREPAID_ONLY.
