EULA — End User License Agreement

The EULA is the legal agreement governing rights and obligations when an individual or organization installs, activates, accesses, or uses Vietnam Office software.

The EULA grants a limited right of use within the granted Product, Version, Platform, Quantity, and License/Entitlement scope; it does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.

Users may install and use Vietnam Office only on the Platform, Version, and number of devices/rights covered by the entitlement.

Windows/macOS use Device-Bound Licensing; Android and iOS/iPadOS use Store Entitlement under the applicable Platform mechanism.

Users may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, modify Packages, falsify License/Entitlement, or bypass Activation outside permitted scope.

Updates, Upgrades, Reinstall, Restore, and Device Replacement must comply with Version Entitlement and the applicable licensing policies.

Vietnam Office may Suspend or Revoke rights where the License/Entitlement is no longer valid or where permitted under the EULA, transaction, contract, or applicable policy.

Data, security, and privacy provisions apply together with the Privacy Policy and related policies.

Each official EULA must identify an Effective Date or version information to determine the applicable terms.
