Trial Terms

Summary based on the current policy; the legal team will publish the complete text.

1. Scope

The trial lets you use the full Vietnam Office suite (Văn Bản, Bảng Tính, Trình Chiếu) on a Windows or macOS computer.

2. Duration and limits

• Each computer gets one trial of 7 days for the whole suite — starting a trial in any app starts the suite trial.
• The period is measured by server time from trial activation.
• Repeating the trial on the same computer by reinstalling, switching accounts or altering device information is not allowed.

3. When the trial ends

After the trial, the apps switch to a limited mode until you purchase and activate a license. Your documents are not deleted.

4. Converting to a license

You can purchase Vietnam Office at any time during or after the trial; the license activates on the same computer.

5. Other terms

The trial is governed by the Website Terms of Use, the EULA and the Privacy Policy.
