The Privacy Policy governs how Vietnam Office collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects user-related data during purchase, installation, Activation, use, and support.

Data may include Account Data, Contact Data, Orders, Payment status, Invoices, License/Entitlement, Device data, Store verification data, Diagnostics/Telemetry, and Support Data depending on the functions used.

Data is processed for purposes such as product delivery, transaction processing, entitlement allocation, security, fraud prevention, support, quality improvement, and legal compliance.

Vietnam Office applies principles of Purpose Limitation, Data Minimization, Security, Controlled Sharing, and Controlled Retention.

Data is shared only with Service Providers, Platforms/Stores, Payment Providers, invoicing providers, or competent authorities where necessary and appropriate.

Users may exercise applicable data rights under law and policy through the Privacy/Legal Contact channel.

The current Privacy Policy must identify an Effective Date or Version to determine its applicable scope.
