Cancellation primarily applies to Orders that have not been completed or have not yet received License/Entitlement.
Unpaid Orders or Orders with Failed/Expired Payments may be cancelled or expire without creating usage rights.
Pending Payments must be verified before cancellation to avoid cancelling a transaction that has succeeded but has not yet been updated.
Paid Orders with granted License/Entitlement are handled under the Refund Policy, not as ordinary Cancellation.
Refunds are not automatically available for every transaction and depend on Order, Payment, Platform/Store, License/Entitlement status, reason, and applicable legal/policy conditions.
Cases that may be reviewed include duplicate transactions, duplicate Payments, system errors preventing completion, or other cases permitted by policy/law.
Refunds for Mobile transactions may be subject to Google Play or Apple App Store processes.
Where a Refund is approved, the related License/Entitlement may be Suspended, Revoked, or adjusted accordingly.
If an Invoice has already been issued, Cancellation/Refund may require corresponding Invoice processing under applicable rules.
