Vietnam Office Dealer Program
The Vietnam Office Dealer Program is intended for qualified businesses and commercial partners that wish to distribute Vietnam Office to end customers under official policies.
Dealers receive a Dealer Account after completing registration, review, contracting, and account Activation.
Dealer rights are determined by Dealer Tier, Discount, Product Permission, Platform Permission, Credit Policy, Order Limit, and Status.
Dealers may create Orders, make Payment, receive Entitlement Allocation, and distribute rights to end customers within their permitted Product/Platform scope.
Vietnam Office does not provide Dealer credit. All Dealer tiers operate on a PREPAID_ONLY / 100% prepayment basis before License/Entitlement allocation.
Dealers may not self-create Licenses, alter Entitlements, modify Packages, or bypass Activation.
Dealers may not separately sell Văn Bản, Bảng Tính, or Trình Chiếu unless an official corresponding SKU exists. Vietnam Office is distributed according to the published SKU structure.
Dealers must comply with brand, pricing, anti-dumping, Payment, Entitlement, and Dealer contractual policies.
Eligible revenue is used to determine Dealer Tier and Discount during the applicable review period.
