Business/Project Quote Request

• Organization information — Company/organization name, Tax identification number where applicable, address, industry/sector, and contact details.
• Contact person — Name, title, Email, phone number, and role in the purchase/deployment process.
• Product requirements — Vietnam Office, required Version where already identified, and intended usage scope.
• Platform — Select Windows, macOS, Android, iOS/iPadOS, or multiple Platforms where separate requirements exist.
• Quantity — Specify the estimated number of Licenses/Entitlements required for each Platform.
• Requirement type — Volume Purchase, Enterprise Deployment, or Project Sales.
• Deployment plan — Expected schedule, number of deployment sites/units, phases, and any Activation/Deployment requirements.
• Project information — For Project Sales, the form may request Project Name, Investor/Owner, end organization, deployment timeframe, and Contract/Procurement information where available.
• Commercial requirements — Customers may describe quotation needs, Volume Pricing, Project Price, quotation validity, or special commercial conditions requiring review.

Submitting the form does not automatically create an Order, reserve pricing, or create a License/Entitlement. The request must be reviewed and confirmed by Vietnam Office before becoming an official quotation or transaction.

After receiving the request, Vietnam Office may contact the customer to verify Quantity, Platform, deployment scope, and required conditions before preparing a quotation.

The official quotation defines the Product, Version, Platform, Quantity, Price, VAT, validity period, and applicable commercial terms.

Quote Request principle: customer submits requirements → Vietnam Office verifies scope → determine Volume/Enterprise/Project model → prepare quotation → Commercial Approval where required → customer confirms → Order/Contract → Payment → Entitlement Allocation.
