Enterprise Licensing

Vietnam Office Enterprise Licensing enables organizations to purchase and manage multiple Licenses/Entitlements according to deployment requirements instead of handling each end-user transaction individually.

  • Purchase scope — An enterprise selects the applicable Product, Version, Platform, and Quantity according to deployment requirements. Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS are managed under their respective Platform Entitlements.
  • Product — Rights apply to the complete Vietnam Office suite containing Văn Bản, Bảng Tính, and Trình Chiếu within the granted product scope.
  • Quantity — The number of Licenses/Entitlements is defined in the approved Order, quotation, contract, or commercial documentation.
  • Platform Pool — Quantities may be managed by purchased Platform. Windows Quantity does not automatically convert into macOS, Android, or iOS/iPadOS Quantity without the applicable entitlement or approval.
  • Desktop entitlement allocation — Windows/macOS use Device-Bound Licensing. Each Activation must remain within the organization's granted Quantity and Platform Pool.
  • Mobile entitlement allocation — Android/iOS/iPadOS use Store Entitlement together with Vietnam Office Entitlement under the deployment model applicable to the organization.
  • Centralized management — The Vietnam Office backend records granted Quantity, allocated Quantity, Platform, Version, License/Entitlement status, and required deployment information.
  • Quantity may not be exceeded — An organization may not activate, distribute, or use more rights than the purchased or granted Quantity.
  • Additional purchases — When requirements increase, an enterprise may purchase additional Quantity under the current commercial policy. Additional rights are recorded and added to the valid scope after entitlement conditions are completed.
  • Enterprise Version Entitlement — All or designated groups of Licenses may use only Versions covered by the applicable Version Entitlement.
  • Updates and Upgrades — Updates apply within Version Entitlement; Upgrade to a new Version is governed by Upgrade Entitlement and the commercial conditions applicable to the organization.
  • Device Replacement — For Desktop Licenses, an enterprise may replace devices under the Device Replacement policy without increasing Quantity.
  • Contract-based management — Where an Order/contract contains specific terms regarding Quantity, Version, Platform, term, or deployment, those terms apply together with the EULA and Software Licensing Policy.
Enterprise licensing principle: define Product + Version + Platform + Quantity → grant Entitlement to the organization → allocate within the purchased scope → manage Activation/Store rights → track Quantity → add/Upgrade rights under policy when required.
