Project Sales

Transactions of 1,000 Licenses or more may be handled under Project Sales rather than standard Volume Pricing.

Projects are managed by Project ID, Project Name, Investor/Owner, Contract, Product, Version, Platform, Quantity, Administrator, Status, and Activation Policy.

Reference Desktop price for 1,000–2,999 Licenses: VND 850,000/License, excluding VAT.

Reference Desktop price for 3,000–4,999 Licenses: VND 750,000/License, excluding VAT.

Reference Desktop price for 5,000–9,999 Licenses: VND 650,000/License, excluding VAT.

Reference Desktop price for 10,000–49,999 Licenses: VND 550,000/License, excluding VAT.

• 50,000 Licenses or more — Custom quotation applies according to deployment scope, commercial conditions, and Commercial Approval.

The above Project pricing is reference pricing for Desktop. Mobile Project pricing is determined through quotation and the policy applicable at the time of request.

Project Price is a separate pricing mechanism and does not automatically stack with Dealer Discount, Volume Discount, or Promotions.

If a Dealer participates in a Project, the Dealer's commercial benefit is established only through the applicable Project Registration + Commercial Approval.

A Dealer has no Signing Authority on behalf of Vietnam Office or the Project customer without separate valid authorization.

Customers should provide at minimum organization details, requirements, Platform, Quantity, deployment plan, and contact information for Vietnam Office to assess the request.

Project Sales flow: submit request → define Project scope → verify Platform + Quantity → prepare quotation → Commercial Approval → contract/Order → Payment → Project Entitlement Allocation → deployment.
