Vietnam Office for Business
Vietnam Office for Business is designed for organizations and enterprises that need to purchase, deploy, and manage multiple Licenses/Entitlements through a centralized model.
Enterprises may select Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS according to actual requirements and purchase separate Quantity for each Platform.
- Desktop — Windows/macOS use Device-Bound Licensing and manage rights by device within the purchased Quantity.
- Mobile — Android/iOS/iPadOS use Store Entitlement together with Vietnam Office Entitlement for the applicable Platform.
Enterprises may purchase directly under Volume Pricing or request a separate quotation for large deployments, phased rollouts, or special commercial requirements.
The system may centrally manage information such as Organization, Order, Product, Version, Platform, Quantity, License/Entitlement status, and Activation/Allocation.
Deployment may be organized by department, organizational unit, device group, or phase, but total allocated rights must not exceed valid Quantity.
Reinstall, Restore, Device Replacement, Update, and Upgrade are handled under the applicable Vietnam Office licensing policies and contract scope where relevant.
Only Releases in PUBLISHED status may be used for official deployment.
Enterprises may request a quotation or deployment consultation through the Business/Project Quote Request form.
Vietnam Office for Business principle: identify requirements → select Platform → determine Quantity → quotation/Order → Payment → grant Entitlement → deploy → manage Activation/Allocation within purchased Quantity.
