• How do I create a new document? — Open the applicable application and select New. Văn Bản creates a text document, Bảng Tính creates a workbook, and Trình Chiếu creates a presentation.
• How do I open an existing file? — Select Open in the application and choose the required file. When the file format is associated with Vietnam Office, users can also click or tap the file directly from the operating system's file manager to open it in the applicable application.
• How do I save a file? — Select Save. On Desktop, use Ctrl+S on Windows or Command+S on macOS. If the document has not previously been saved, the application prompts for a file name and save location.
• What is the difference between Save and Save As? — Save writes changes to the current file. Save As is used to create another copy, rename the file, change its location, or select another supported format.
• Does Vietnam Office support keyboard shortcuts? — Yes. Desktop supports common shortcuts for New, Open, Save, Print, Undo/Redo, Cut/Copy/Paste, Find, formatting, and application-specific operations. The supported list is published under Keyboard Shortcuts.

• Am I entitled to every new version? — Not by default. Update and upgrade rights depend on the applicable Version Entitlement and product policy. A new Version outside the current entitlement scope may require an Upgrade or new usage rights.
• What should I check before updating? — Review the new release's Release Notes, System Requirements, Compatibility, and Version Entitlement, particularly for important documents or enterprise deployments.
• What information is included in Release Notes? — Release Notes publish the Version, Release Date, Platform, new features, improvements, fixed issues, Security Updates, Known Issues, and relevant release information.
• Can I reinstall Vietnam Office? — Yes. Users with valid rights can download the official release again and perform a Reinstall. Reinstallation does not automatically create a new License or Entitlement.
