Archived Terms
Vietnam Office maintains Archived Terms so customers can reference the version of terms, policies, or the EULA that was effective when a transaction, Version, or usage right was established.
The archive may include superseded versions of the EULA, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Licensing Policy, Cookie Policy, and other legal documents.
Each archived document should identify at minimum its Document Name, Version, Effective Date, Superseded/Archived Date, and Status where applicable.
An archived version is no longer current but may remain relevant as a reference for transactions or events occurring while that version was effective.
Vietnam Office does not overwrite archived content with newer terms. Each version is retained separately to preserve traceability.
Customers may select documents by Version or Effective Date to determine the terms that applied at the time of purchase or Activation.
Where the current and archived versions differ, applicability is determined by the relevant Effective Date, transaction, contract, and transitional provisions.
