Changes to Terms
Vietnam Office may update Terms, Policies, the EULA, Privacy Policy, Licensing Policy, and other legal documents to reflect changes in products, commercial models, security, law, or operations.
Each update must be published with an appropriate Version, Effective Date, Last Updated date, and Status.
Changes take effect from the published Effective Date unless the document or applicable law provides otherwise.
Where changes materially affect user rights or obligations, Vietnam Office may provide notice through the Website, Email, Account, Product notification, or another appropriate official channel.
Updating terms does not automatically retroactively change completed rights arising before the Effective Date unless otherwise provided by law, contract, or transitional provisions.
Users should review the version of the terms effective at the time of purchase, Activation, use, or the relevant transaction.
Previous versions may be retained in Archived Terms for reference.
Change principle: create a new Version → publish changes → define Effective Date → notify where required → archive the previous Version → apply the correct Version according to time and transaction.
