Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For transactions in Vietnam supplied by the Vietnam Office legal entity, Vietnamese law may be designated as the governing law in the applicable official document or contract.

The parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation or communication via the Support/Legal contact within a reasonable period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it is handled under the jurisdiction or dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the EULA, Terms of Sale, contract, or applicable law.

For enterprise or Project transactions, the applicable contract may specify a Court, Arbitration, or another dispute-resolution mechanism.

Nothing limits mandatory complaint, consumer-protection, or procedural rights under applicable law.

Where validly executed specific contractual terms conflict with general terms, precedence is determined by the applicable contract and law.
