Working with Microsoft Office files

  • Word (DOCX): text, formatting, page layout, tables, images, headers, footers, page numbers, lists and references.
  • Excel (XLSX, XLS): sheets, formulas, functions, tables, sorting and filtering, data validation, conditional formatting, PivotTables and charts.
  • PowerPoint (PPTX): slides, layouts, themes, text, shapes, tables, charts, audio, video and animations.
  • CSV and the open ODS spreadsheet format are also supported.

Good to know

  • Documents with many advanced elements (complex formulas, embedded objects, special effects) may look slightly different. Check them before sending.
  • Compatibility may vary between desktop and mobile, for example because of font differences.
