Dealer Registration

1. Application — Provide company legal information, representative/contact details, business scope, and other requested information.

The initial application is recorded as DRAFT or SUBMITTED depending on form completion.

1. Review — Vietnam Office reviews the application, legal status, contact information, and suitability for the Dealer Program. The status may move to UNDER_REVIEW.

If additional information is required, the application moves to NEED_MORE_INFORMATION. After the partner supplements and resubmits, it may move to RESUBMITTED.

Applications that do not satisfy requirements may move to REJECTED. Eligible applications move to APPROVED.

1. Contracting — After APPROVAL, the process moves to CONTRACT_PENDING to complete the Dealer agreement.

Once a valid agreement is executed, the status moves to CONTRACT_SIGNED.

1. Account configuration — Vietnam Office configures Dealer ID, Tier, Discount, PREPAID_ONLY, NO_CREDIT, Product Permission, Platform Permission, and applicable limits.
2. Activation — The application moves to ACTIVATION_PENDING and, once activation requirements are completed, the Dealer Account becomes ACTIVE.

New Dealers start by default at Registered – 20%, unless otherwise approved.

Once ACTIVE, the Dealer may place Orders under PREPAID_ONLY, receive Entitlement Allocation, and distribute rights to end customers within the permitted scope.

The Dealer agreement may include restrictions such as non-exclusivity, no Signing Authority, no self-created Licenses, no Package modification, no Activation bypass, no account sharing, and compliance with brand and pricing policies.

Overall process: Online Registration → Verification → Approval → Contract → Dealer Activation → Prepaid Order → Entitlement Allocation → End User Activation → Revenue Tracking → Quarterly Tier Review.
