Android Licensing

• Licensed product — Android rights apply to Vietnam Office Mobile – Android, including the Vietnam Office suite provided for Android within the published product and Release scope.
• Platform Entitlement = Android — Android rights are valid only on the Android Platform. They do not automatically grant usage rights on Windows, macOS, or iOS/iPadOS.
• Google Play Store Entitlement — Google Play is the verification source for the applicable Store transaction/entitlement. Vietnam Office uses the verified Store Entitlement together with its own entitlement data to determine valid usage rights.
• Desktop Device-Bound Licensing does not apply — Android does not use the Device-Bound Licensing mechanism applicable to Windows/macOS. Mobile rights are verified through Store Entitlement and the applicable Mobile licensing policy.
• Entitlement flow — Obtain a valid Vietnam Office Mobile – Android entitlement → install from Google Play → open the application → verify Google Play Store Entitlement → verify Product + Version + Platform → establish usage-right status → begin use.
• No Product Key required — Android rights are electronically verified. Users do not enter a Product Key or Hardware ID through the Desktop Activation mechanism.
• Installation does not itself create usage rights — Downloading or installing Vietnam Office from Google Play does not automatically create commercial usage rights if the required Store Entitlement or Vietnam Office Entitlement has not been validly confirmed.
• Restore on Android — When the application is reinstalled or restored, Vietnam Office may re-verify the Google Play Store Entitlement and applicable Entitlement. Restore recovers an existing right; it does not create a new purchase right.
• Updates on Android — Android Releases are distributed through Google Play. Rights to use a Version/Release remain subject to Store Entitlement, Version Entitlement, and the applicable product policy.
• Official installation source — Vietnam Office Mobile – Android is installed from Google Play through an official link published by Vietnam Office. APKs or Packages from unverified sources should not be used.
• Vietnam Office backend determines product rights — The Vietnam Office system combines verified Store data with Product Entitlement, Version Entitlement, Platform Entitlement, and entitlement status to determine application usage rights.

Android licensing principle: valid right → Google Play Store Entitlement → Platform = Android → Vietnam Office Entitlement verification → use within the granted Product + Version + Platform scope → no automatic transfer to another Platform.
