iOS/iPadOS Licensing

Vietnam Office Mobile – iOS/iPadOS uses a licensing mechanism based on Apple App Store Entitlement together with the Vietnam Office entitlement system. Usage rights are confirmed when the applicable App Store right/transaction and Vietnam Office entitlement conditions are successfully verified.

  • Licensed product — Rights apply to Vietnam Office Mobile – iOS/iPadOS on supported iPhone/iPad devices and operating-system Versions within the Vietnam Office support scope.
  • Platform Entitlement = iOS/iPadOS — This entitlement applies only to the iOS/iPadOS Platform and does not automatically create Vietnam Office usage rights on Android, Windows, or macOS.
  • Apple App Store Entitlement — The Apple App Store is the verification source for the applicable Store transaction/entitlement. Vietnam Office uses this verification together with its entitlement system to determine usage rights.
  • Desktop Device-Bound Licensing does not apply — iOS/iPadOS does not use the Device-Bound Licensing mechanism applicable to Windows/macOS. Mobile verification is based on Store Entitlement and the applicable entitlement conditions.
  • Entitlement flow — Obtain a valid Vietnam Office Mobile – iOS/iPadOS entitlement → install from the Apple App Store → open the application → verify Apple App Store Entitlement → verify Product + Version + Platform → establish entitlement status → begin use.
  • No Product Key required — Users do not enter a Product Key or Hardware ID. Rights are verified through App Store Entitlement and the Vietnam Office system.
  • Installation does not itself create commercial rights — The ability to download the application from the App Store does not automatically mean that the user has all Vietnam Office commercial rights. Actual rights depend on the verified Entitlement.
  • Restore on iOS/iPadOS — When reinstalling or using Restore, the system may re-verify the Apple App Store Entitlement and Vietnam Office Entitlement. Restore does not create a new transaction or new right.
  • Updates on iOS/iPadOS — Mobile Releases are distributed through the Apple App Store. Use of a Version/Release remains subject to Version Entitlement and the applicable licensing conditions.
  • Official installation source — Vietnam Office Mobile – iOS/iPadOS is installed from the Apple App Store through the official application listing published by Vietnam Office.
  • No automatic transfer from Android to iOS/iPadOS — Google Play Store Entitlement does not automatically become Apple App Store Entitlement. Each Platform is independently licensed and verified.
  • Vietnam Office backend determines product rights — Vietnam Office combines verified App Store data with Product Entitlement, Version Entitlement, Platform Entitlement, and entitlement status to determine the usage scope.
iOS/iPadOS licensing principle: valid right → Apple App Store Entitlement → Platform = iOS/iPadOS → Vietnam Office Entitlement verification → use within the granted Product + Version + Platform scope → no automatic transfer to another Platform.
