Vietnam Office processes personal data according to principles of lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, minimization, accuracy, security, and accountability.

Personal data is processed only where an appropriate basis exists, such as performing a transaction/contract, providing services, meeting legal obligations, protecting legitimate interests, or obtaining Consent where required.

Vietnam Office applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse of data.

Data access is limited according to Role, function, and business need.

Data is not retained longer than necessary for processing purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Users may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of Consent to the extent provided by applicable law.

Data-processing providers, where used, must have limited access scope and appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Where a Personal Data Breach requires notification, Vietnam Office handles and communicates it under the applicable procedure and obligations.
