1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone, country, province, address (optional); for organizations: tax code, legal name, address, invoice email.
2. Purpose
Order processing, license issuance, invoicing, customer support and account security.
3. Storage and protection
Data is stored in Vietnam and encrypted in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. We never store card numbers.
4. Sharing
Only with the payment gateway, the e-invoice provider and authorities as required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data under applicable law.
