Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Vietnam Office, to the extent owned or lawfully controlled by the relevant rights holder, are protected under applicable law and terms.

Protected assets may include software, source code, executable code, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, designs, icons, Website content, documentation, images, graphics, databases, Packages, and technical materials.

Purchasing a Vietnam Office License grants only the right to use the software under the EULA and License/Entitlement and does not transfer ownership of source code, technology, or intellectual property to the customer.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Vietnam Office assets outside the scope permitted by law or agreement.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software is permitted only to the extent mandatorily allowed by applicable law or expressly provided by licensing terms.

Third-party content, materials, or assets integrated into Vietnam Office remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses.

Open Source Software, where used, is governed by its applicable OSS licenses and disclosed in OSS Notices where required.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as granting a License to any Trademark, Logo, Source Code, or other intellectual property except where expressly granted in writing.

Users may not remove or alter Copyright Notices, Trademark Notices, License Notices, or ownership information associated with software or documentation.

Intellectual Property principle: customers receive usage rights, not ownership; all rights not expressly granted remain with the applicable rights holder.
