Vietnam Office may use or integrate third-party components, libraries, frameworks, SDKs, codecs, drivers, services, or software as necessary to provide and operate the product.
Third-party components remain owned or controlled by their respective rights holders and do not become Vietnam Office intellectual property merely because they are integrated into the product.
Third-Party Notices may disclose the component name, provider/rights holder, Version, Copyright Notice, License reference, and applicable mandatory notices.
Certain components may be governed by separate licenses, including Commercial Licenses, Proprietary Licenses, or Open-Source Licenses.
Users must comply with applicable third-party terms for those components to the extent required by law or the relevant License.
Third-Party Notices do not automatically grant users independent rights to third-party software or services beyond the scope of the disclosed License.
The list of components may change by Version or Release. Vietnam Office may update Third-Party Notices accordingly for each release.
Where a third-party License requires Attribution, Copyright Notice, or License Text, Vietnam Office provides such notices within the required scope.
Third-Party Notices principle: identify components → acknowledge rights holders → disclose required Licenses/Notices → maintain by Version/Release → preserve third-party ownership rights.
