Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vietnam Office liability is determined under the EULA, Terms of Sale, applicable contract, and relevant legal requirements.

Vietnam Office is not responsible for losses arising solely from use contrary to instructions, outside System Requirements, use of unofficial Packages, interference with Licensing/Runtime, or violation of applicable terms.

Vietnam Office is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems, devices, networks, software, or services outside Vietnam Office's reasonable control, unless otherwise required by law or contract.

To the extent permitted by law, Vietnam Office may exclude or limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and administrative safeguards before Updates, Upgrades, Reinstall, or system-environment changes.

Vietnam Office does not guarantee that every third-party file will render or behave identically to another product where features or formats fall outside published Compatibility scope.

Specific liability terms for enterprise or Project customers may be further defined in the applicable contract.

Limitation of Liability principle: liability is determined by the committed product/service scope, contract, and law; mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.
