Software Warranty
Vietnam Office provides the software according to the applicable official Version/Release, published documentation, and supported functionality scope.
Software warranty, where applicable, does not constitute a guarantee that the software will operate without any errors or interruption or be compatible with every third-party device, file, application, or environment.
Vietnam Office may provide Bug Fixes, Updates, or Security Updates for Versions that remain within the supported lifecycle under the current release policy.
Customers must use the correct Platform, satisfy System Requirements, and use an official Release to qualify for applicable warranty or Support consideration.
Warranty does not apply to issues caused by Package modification, unauthorized software/code interference, Malware, unsupported configurations, hardware failures, operating systems, or third-party services outside Vietnam Office's control.
Compatibility with Microsoft Office formats is provided within the published feature and format scope and is not a guarantee of absolute Feature Parity.
If an eligible defect is confirmed, remedies may include guidance, a Workaround, Bug Fix, Update, Reinstall, Restore, or another appropriate technical measure.
Specific warranty terms for enterprise, Project, or separately contracted customers are defined in the applicable contract where relevant.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by this warranty policy.
