Individual Customers
When purchasing Vietnam Office as an individual, the customer provides information required to create the Order, confirm Payment, grant Entitlement, communicate transaction information, and provide after-sales support.
Information may include Full name, Email, Phone number, address, or other required contact information under the current Checkout form.
Customers must provide an accurate Email address or contact channel to receive Order confirmation, Payment confirmation, Invoice information, or License/Entitlement instructions where applicable.
If an individual requests an Invoice, the customer provides the required invoicing information in accordance with the current form and applicable requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Product, Version, Platform, and Quantity before confirming the Order.
Customer and transaction information is processed under the Vietnam Office Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection policies.
