Online Purchase Guide

Vietnam Office allows customers to purchase online through a unified flow from product selection to Payment and License/Entitlement allocation.

  1. Select Platform — Choose Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS/iPadOS according to the intended device.
  2. Select Quantity — For channels supporting multiple Licenses, enter the required Quantity. Applicable pricing rules are applied where eligible.
  3. Review product and price — Confirm the SKU, Platform, Quantity, unit price, any applicable discount, VAT, and total payment amount.
  4. Enter purchaser information — Provide the individual or organization information required for the Order, contact, and Invoice.
  5. Select payment method — Choose one of the Payment methods currently supported by Vietnam Office at Checkout.
  6. Make payment — Complete Payment according to the instructions provided by Vietnam Office or the applicable Payment Provider.
  7. Transaction confirmation — The system verifies the Payment result before moving the Order to an entitlement-eligible state.
  8. License/Entitlement allocation — After successful Payment confirmation, the system grants or allocates the applicable rights according to the Order's Product, Version, Platform, and Quantity.
  9. Install and use — Desktop customers download the official Installer and complete Activation; Mobile customers install through the applicable Store and complete Store Entitlement verification.

Customers should carefully verify the Platform before payment because Platform Entitlements are independently managed and are not automatically interchangeable.
