Download Center

The Download Center is the official source for Vietnam Office, allowing users to download the correct installers for Windows and macOS and access official distribution channels for Android and iOS/iPadOS. Users should install Vietnam Office only from the sources published on this page or through official Vietnam Office distribution channels.

  • Vietnam Office Desktop — Windows — Provides the official installer for Windows devices that meet the System Requirements. The Download Center displays the currently published release together with its version, release information, and applicable installation instructions.
  • Download for Windows — Select Download for Windows to download the Vietnam Office Desktop installer directly from the official distribution source. Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the instructions to install Văn Bản — Vietnam Office, Bảng Tính — Vietnam Office, and Trình Chiếu — Vietnam Office.
  • Vietnam Office Desktop — macOS — Provides the official installer for Mac devices and macOS versions within the supported scope. The Download Center provides the appropriate release for the applicable macOS architecture and environment supported by Vietnam Office.
  • Download for macOS — Select Download for macOS to obtain the official installer. After downloading, follow the macOS installation instructions and applicable operating-system security requirements.
  • Vietnam Office Mobile — Android — The Android version is distributed through Google Play. The Download Center does not provide Android installation packages from unofficial sources and instead directs users to the official Vietnam Office listing on Google Play.
  • Download for Android — Select Get it on Google Play to open the official Vietnam Office listing on Google Play, then install or update the application through the Google Play process.
  • Vietnam Office Mobile — iOS/iPadOS — The iPhone and iPad version is distributed through the Apple App Store. The Download Center directs users to the official Vietnam Office App Store listing for installation.
  • Download for iPhone and iPad — Select Download on the App Store to open the official Vietnam Office application listing, then download, install, update, or restore the application through the Apple App Store.
  • One complete productivity suite — The Desktop installer provides Vietnam Office as a complete suite consisting of Văn Bản, Bảng Tính, and Trình Chiếu. Vietnam Office is not distributed through the Download Center as separately purchased individual applications.
  • Official published releases — The Download Center provides or directs users only to Vietnam Office versions designated as PUBLISHED and approved for distribution. Internal builds, unpublished releases, or unapproved artifacts are not official installation sources for users.
  • Version information — Each Desktop download may display the product, platform, version, release, publication date, and related information so users can identify the correct release before installation.
  • Check your platform before downloading — Users must select the version intended for their device operating system. The Windows installer cannot be used on macOS, and the macOS installer cannot be used on Windows. Android and iOS/iPadOS versions are installed through their respective stores.
  • Check System Requirements — Before downloading or installing, users should review the System Requirements to confirm that the device's operating-system version, CPU, memory, storage, and other technical conditions meet the requirements of the release.
  • New installation — First-time users should download the current release for their platform and follow the Installation Guide provided through the Download Center.
  • Reinstallation — Users with valid usage rights may download the Desktop installer again from the Download Center. Reinstallation and entitlement restoration are performed according to the applicable License, Device Binding, and Entitlement policies.
  • Updates — When a new release becomes eligible for distribution, the Download Center is updated to provide the current version. A user's update or upgrade rights depend on the applicable Version Entitlement and product policy.
  • Desktop activation — Downloading the installer does not itself grant product usage rights. After installation on Windows or macOS, Vietnam Office verifies and activates usage rights based on a valid License and Entitlement for the device.
  • Mobile usage rights — For Android and iOS/iPadOS, purchase, verification, and restoration are handled through the applicable platform's Store Entitlement mechanism and Vietnam Office licensing policy.
  • Secure download sources — Vietnam Office should not be downloaded or installed from websites, software repositories, shared links, installation packages, or distribution sources that have not been officially published by Vietnam Office. Installers from unknown sources may not provide verified integrity, provenance, update capability, or security.
  • Release verification — Official Desktop installers are published through the Vietnam Office release process and are associated with the applicable version information, artifacts, and release-verification mechanisms.
  • Download and installation support — If users experience issues with downloading, installation, updates, or version verification, they can visit the Support Center and provide their platform, version, and issue details for assistance.
