Installation Guide

• Before installation — Confirm that the device meets the System Requirements, select the correct platform, and ensure sufficient storage is available. An Internet connection is required to download the installer or application and may also be required for activation, entitlement verification, or updates.
• Windows — Step 1: Download the installer — Visit the Download Center, select Download for Windows, and download the current Vietnam Office Desktop release for Windows.
• Windows — Step 2: Run the installer — After the download is complete, open the Vietnam Office installer. If Windows requests permission to run the application or administrative authorization required for installation, confirm as instructed by the operating system.
• Windows — Step 3: Install the suite — Follow the on-screen instructions. The installer deploys the Vietnam Office suite, including Văn Bản — Vietnam Office, Bảng Tính — Vietnam Office, and Trình Chiếu — Vietnam Office, together with required product components.
• Windows — Step 4: Complete installation — Once installation is complete, users can launch any of the three applications from the Start Menu, a shortcut, or another application location provided by Windows.
• Windows — Step 5: Activation — On first use, Vietnam Office performs verification and activation based on a valid License and Entitlement. Users are not required to enter a Product Key or Hardware ID during the standard activation process.
• Windows — After activation — Once valid usage rights have been established on the device, supported offline functionality may continue to operate in accordance with the Vietnam Office licensing policy.
• macOS — Step 1: Download the installer — Visit the Download Center, select Download for macOS, and download the Vietnam Office Desktop release appropriate for the supported macOS version and device architecture.
• macOS — Step 2: Open the installer — Open the downloaded installation package and follow the displayed instructions. macOS may require users to verify the application source or grant permissions required under the operating system's security model.
• macOS — Step 3: Install the suite — Complete the installation steps to deploy Văn Bản — Vietnam Office, Bảng Tính — Vietnam Office, and Trình Chiếu — Vietnam Office, together with required components on the Mac.
• macOS — Step 4: Launch the application — After successful installation, launch a Vietnam Office application from Applications or another application location provided by macOS.
• macOS — Step 5: Activation — Vietnam Office verifies the product License and Entitlement and establishes usage rights for the device under the Desktop licensing policy. The standard process does not require users to enter a Product Key or Hardware ID.
• macOS — System permissions — If a feature requires access to files, folders, the microphone, camera, or other macOS resources, the operating system may request permission when that feature is used.
• Android — Step 1: Open Google Play — From the Download Center, select Get it on Google Play to open the official Vietnam Office listing on Google Play. Users may also open Google Play on their device and locate the official Vietnam Office application.
• Android — Step 2: Verify the application — Confirm the application name, publisher, and product information before installation. Do not use APK files or installation packages from sources not officially published by Vietnam Office.
• Android — Step 3: Install — Select Install on Google Play. Google Play automatically downloads and installs the version compatible with the device.
• Android — Step 4: Open the application — Once installation is complete, select Open or launch Vietnam Office from the device's application screen.
• Android — Step 5: Verify usage rights — Mobile purchase and usage rights are verified through the Google Play Store Entitlement mechanism and the Vietnam Office entitlement system under the applicable product policy.
• Android — Application permissions — Certain features may require access to files, media, camera, microphone, notifications, or other resources. Android will request user authorization when required under the operating system's security model.
• iOS/iPadOS — Step 1: Open the App Store — From the Download Center, select Download on the App Store to open the official Vietnam Office listing on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.
• iOS/iPadOS — Step 2: Verify the application — Confirm the official Vietnam Office application and publisher information before downloading.
• iOS/iPadOS — Step 3: Install — Select Get or the applicable download button in the App Store and authorize the application download using the authentication method required by Apple.
• iOS/iPadOS — Step 4: Open the application — Once installation is complete, select Open or launch Vietnam Office from the Home Screen or App Library.
• iOS/iPadOS — Step 5: Verify usage rights — Mobile purchase, verification, and restoration are handled through Apple App Store Entitlement and the Vietnam Office entitlement system under the applicable product policy.
• iOS/iPadOS — Application permissions — When a feature requires access to Photos, Files, Camera, Microphone, or other resources, iOS/iPadOS may request user authorization under Apple's security model.
• Desktop installation and usage rights are separate processes — Downloading and installing Vietnam Office on Windows or macOS does not automatically create a License. Usage rights are established only after a valid License and Entitlement have been verified and activated.
• Mobile installation and Store rights — Downloading the application from Google Play or the Apple App Store does not automatically mean that the user owns all commercial rights to Vietnam Office. Usage rights are determined by the applicable Store Entitlement and product policy.
• No Product Key entry in the standard process — Vietnam Office uses electronic entitlement and verification mechanisms. Desktop users complete the purchase, installation, and activation workflow without manually entering a Product Key or Hardware ID in the standard flow.
• Updates after installation — Vietnam Office may check for and receive eligible updates according to the applicable Version Entitlement and Release policy. On Mobile, updates are delivered through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Reinstallation — Desktop users with valid usage rights may download the official installer again and follow the applicable Reinstall/Restore process under the License and Device Binding policy. Mobile users reinstall or restore through the applicable platform store.
• Do not use unofficial installation sources — Do not download, install, or use Vietnam Office installers from websites, software repositories, shared links, or sources not officially published by Vietnam Office. Unofficial installers may not provide verified provenance, integrity, update capability, or security.

If installation cannot be completed, check the System Requirements, Internet connection, available storage, installation permissions, and platform version. If the issue persists, visit the Vietnam Office Support Center and provide the platform, version, and error information for assistance.
