Invoice Policy
Vietnam Office issues invoices for eligible transactions based on customer-provided information and invoicing/tax requirements applicable at the time of issuance.
VAT
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vietnam Office listed prices are exclusive of VAT.
Invoice Lookup
After an Invoice is issued, customers may receive or retrieve it through the official electronic channel provided by Vietnam Office or the applicable invoicing provider.
Invoice Adjustment or Replacement
If information on an issued Invoice is incorrect, the customer must submit a request through the official Vietnam Office invoicing support channel.
