Invoice Lookup
After an Invoice is issued, customers may receive or retrieve it through the official electronic channel provided by Vietnam Office or the applicable invoicing provider.
The Invoice may be sent to the registered Email address or made available through the applicable lookup link/Portal.
For lookup, customers may be required to provide an Order ID, Invoice reference, Email, Tax identification number, or other verification information depending on the applicable mechanism.
Customers may download the Invoice representation or electronic data within the capabilities of the invoicing system.
If an eligible Invoice is not received, customers should check their Email/Spam folder or use the lookup function before contacting Support.
Looking up an Invoice does not alter the data of the issued Invoice.
