1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases of Vietnam Office software licenses on vnoffice.vn.
2. Products and pricing
- Vietnam Office for desktop (Windows/macOS) is sold as a 3-app suite: Văn Bản, Bảng Tính, Trình Chiếu.
- Prices on the website include VAT. The final price is the one shown at the Review order step.
- Orders of 1,000 suites or more fall under the Project policy and require a quote.
3. License
- Each suite activates on one computer. Licenses are perpetual for the purchased major version.
- Licenses are issued after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
4. Payment
Payment by QR bank transfer or card. An order is confirmed only when the gateway reports a successful transaction.
5. Invoices
E-invoices are issued with the information provided at checkout and sent to the invoice email.
