Entitlement Allocation After Payment
Vietnam Office follows the principle of Payment Success first, License/Entitlement afterward for transactions requiring prepayment.
Successful Payment not only updates the transaction status but also qualifies the Order to enter the entitlement-allocation process.
The system uses Order information to determine the required Product, Version, Platform, and Quantity.
Granted rights include the required Product Entitlement, Version Entitlement, Platform Entitlement, and License/Entitlement status according to the purchased SKU.
- Desktop — Windows/macOS complete Activation and Device Binding under the Device-Bound Licensing policy after entitlement allocation.
- Mobile — Android/iOS/iPadOS continue to verify Store Entitlement through the applicable Platform before usage rights are confirmed.
The system must not grant a Quantity greater than the paid Order Quantity or the approved commercial scope.
Reprocessing the same Payment Success must not create additional Licenses/Entitlements beyond the original Order scope.
If an Order requires additional verification, entitlement allocation may remain in Processing until outstanding conditions are completed.
Entitlement allocation principle: Payment Success → verify Order → determine Product + Version + Platform + Quantity → create/allocate Entitlement → update Order status → customer completes Activation/Store Verification for use.
