Order Cancellation Policy

An Order may be cancelled where the transaction has not been completed, is not yet eligible for entitlement allocation, or otherwise qualifies for cancellation under the applicable policy.

  • Unpaid Order — The customer may allow the Order to expire or cancel it through the available function.
  • Payment Pending — Cancellation is processed only after transaction status is verified to avoid cancelling an Order whose Payment has actually succeeded but has not yet been updated.
  • Payment Failed/Expired — The Order may be cancelled or expire without creating License/Entitlement where no valid Payment Success exists.
  • Paid Order with entitlement already granted — This is not handled as a standard Order cancellation; it must be reviewed under the Refund Policy and License/Entitlement status.

Vietnam Office may cancel an Order due to pricing errors, technical errors, duplicate transactions, fraud, invalid information, or circumstances preventing lawful completion of the transaction.

When an Order is validly cancelled, incomplete Payment Sessions and ungranted rights associated with that Order are no longer eligible to create Entitlement.
