Payment Methods
Vietnam Office supports Payment methods officially displayed at Checkout for the applicable transaction type and time of purchase.
QR Payment
QR Payment allows customers to pay for an Order using a QR Code generated for the transaction by Vietnam Office or the applicable Payment Provider.
Payment Confirmation
Vietnam Office records Payment Success only after receiving a valid confirmation from the applicable Payment Provider, bank, or official payment system.
Failed or Pending Payments
A Payment may be in Pending, Failed, Expired, or another intermediate state before a final result is available.
Entitlement Allocation After Payment
Vietnam Office follows the principle of Payment Success first, License/Entitlement afterward for transactions requiring prepayment.
Order Cancellation Policy
An Order may be cancelled where the transaction has not been completed, is not yet eligible for entitlement allocation, or otherwise qualifies for cancellation under the applicable policy.
Refund Policy
A Refund is the return of all or part of a Payment under the conditions, scope, and procedure applicable to an eligible Vietnam Office transaction.
