Payment Confirmation

Vietnam Office records Payment Success only after receiving a valid confirmation from the applicable Payment Provider, bank, or official payment system.

  • Payment Success is not based on screenshots or manual notifications — Transfer screenshots, customer notifications, or an apparent account debit do not automatically replace electronic confirmation from the payment system.

Each Payment is linked to an Order ID through a Transaction/Payment Reference and the applicable reconciliation information.

The system verifies required information such as Order ID, Amount, Currency, Payment Reference, Payment Status, and transaction time before updating the Order.

Once Payment is successfully confirmed, the Order is moved to a state eligible for subsequent processing, including License/Entitlement allocation where no other condition remains outstanding.

  • Payment confirmation must be idempotent — Repeated delivery of the same transaction must not create duplicate Orders, Licenses, Entitlements, or revenue records.

If the amount, Order, or transaction information does not match, the system may hold the transaction for review rather than automatically grant entitlement.

Payment Confirmation principle: Payment Provider confirms → reconcile Order + Amount + Payment Reference → update Payment Status → link transaction to Order → trigger entitlement allocation when eligible.
