Payment Methods

Vietnam Office supports Payment methods officially displayed at Checkout for the applicable transaction type and time of purchase.

  • QR Payment — Customers use the QR Code generated for the transaction to make Payment through a supported banking application or payment service.

The actual available methods are displayed at Checkout. Vietnam Office does not require customers to use a payment method that is not presented through an official transaction channel.

Payment is considered successful only after Vietnam Office receives a valid confirmation from the applicable payment system or Payment Provider.

If Payment is Pending, Failed, or unconfirmed, License/Entitlement is not granted until the transaction satisfies entitlement conditions.

Customers should not send Card details, OTPs, Passwords, or sensitive payment information through Email, Chat, or other unauthorized channels.
