Vietnam Office Licensing Overview
Vietnam Office uses an electronic licensing mechanism to determine whether a user, device, or transaction has valid rights to use the product. Usage rights are managed through the relationship between Product, Version, Platform, and License/Entitlement.
Scope of Usage Rights
After purchasing and receiving a valid License/Entitlement, the customer may install, activate, and use Vietnam Office within the applicable Product, Version, Platform, quantity, and licensing conditions associated with the purchased product.
Product Entitlement
Product Entitlement is the electronic right that determines whether a customer is entitled to use the Vietnam Office suite after a valid transaction, order, or contract has been recorded.
Version Entitlement
Version Entitlement is the electronic right that identifies the specific Vietnam Office Version a customer is permitted to use after purchasing and receiving a valid License/Entitlement.
Platform Entitlement
Platform Entitlement is the electronic right that determines the Platform on which a customer is permitted to install, activate, and use Vietnam Office. Vietnam Office is available on four primary Platforms: Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS.

How many devices can I use Vietnam Office on? — The number of devices/usage rights depends on the Quantity and License/Entitlement conditions of the purchased SKU, Order, or contract. Activations may not exceed the granted Quantity.
